By engaging Burkett Electrical for works you agree to the following conditions:
Payment:
Burkett Electrical accepts cash, cheques, card payments and may choose to send an invoice with payment terms.
Card payments will incur a processing fee set by the merchant facility in line with ACCC guidelines.
Payments are to be made by the due dates on the invoices, failure to do so will incur a late payment and/or administration fees.
Continued failure to pay will result in the engagement of a 3rd party debt collection service, the fees incurred in this will be added to the invoice.
All materials remain the property of Burkett Electrical until full payment has been received
